We normally ship domestic packages via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. International orders will be shipped United States Express Mail or DHL International depending on the value of your order.

All items are 100% guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If an item is damaged during shipping you will be asked to fill out a claim form with the carrier and fax or mail it to us. Once that is done we will either replace your piece if another is available or issue you a 100% refund. We will wait for the insurance claim to settle. No returns after 15 days. Items returned within the 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. Shipping costs can not be refunded. No returns on frames, special orders or items not in our current inventory. Vintage Posters are considered Special Orders. Please inquire about other items.
